If you are leaving town for the winter, going abroad for work or holidays, or selling a home that is temporarily vacant, Hello Property Management can deliver a worry free solution. We will check on your home and make sure everything is in order when you cannot. Your insurance company may have certain requirements when you are not living in the home, and you can enjoy peace of mind knowing your investment is being cared for in your absence.

TRAVEL & EXTENDED ABSENCES

We customize our services to suit your needs. House sitting requirements will differ depending if you are heading to warmer climates in the winter or travelling abroad for the summer. In addition to providing our standard house sitting services, we can provide a broad array of other services, such as mail collection, plant care, lawn care and snow removal. Usually, inspections are done weekly unless otherwise requested.

REAL ESTATE HOME SALES

If you are selling a home that you are not currently residing in, we can work in conjunction with you, or your real estate agent, to ensure it has the desired curb appeal and is looked after while it is vacant.

Our Vacant Property Management Services

  • Weekly schedule visits

  • Exterior & interior inspection

  • Check heating/cooling systems

  • Check plumbing

  • Monitor thermostat

  • Flush toilets and run faucets, inspect for leaks

  • Adjust lighting so home looks lived in

  • Remove flyers & papers from porch

  • Check basement for water damage

  • Check appliances are working

  • Check home safety features

  • No contracts, price depends on location and requirements

  • Any services required outside the scope of service will be bill in addition to our vacant home fee.

Services are not limited to the above and can be negotiated as per requirement
