Bronte Creek Provincial Park
Bronte Creek Provincial Park is home to one of Canada’s largest outdoor pools. This 1.8 acre pool is located at the Recreation Complex in the day use area. The pool is a large pond shape that is designed for wading with a starting depth of mere centimeters, gradually deepening to 2 m (6 ft) in the center. In the winter, approximately 10 km of ungroomed cross-country ski trails loop through the park, visitors are also welcome to explore the park’s hiking trails by snowshoe. ring your toboggans and tubes and try sliding down Bronte Creek’s impressive toboggan hill. The view from the top offers a unique panorama of the park and its surrounding area.
Coronation Park
Coronation Park is a beautiful park situated on the shore of Lake Ontario. It is located on Lakeshore Road west of Fourth Line and east of Third Line. Coronation Park features five large designated picnic areas that are permitted through the town, including a covered/shelter area. Each picnic area comes equipped with picnic tables. A great place by the waterfront to host a family picnic. The park includes splash pads, washrooms and playgrounds.
Glen Abbey Golf Club
Glen Abbey Golf Club welcomes the public golfer and ClubLink Members alike. Designed by legendary golfer Jack Nicklaus, Glen Abbey has hosted the RBC Canadian Open, a PGA Tour event and Canada's National Open Championship, 28 times. Glen Abbey Golf Club boasts a spectacular clubhouse facility including 'Eighteen', a sumptuous year-round dining experience open to the public, and a variety of beautiful banquet, meeting and seminar rooms.
The property is also home to the Academies of ClubLink, the headquarters of Golf Canada, the Canadian Golf Museum and Hall of Fame, and the TaylorMade Performance Lab.
Oakville Centre for the Performing Arts
Open since 1977, the Centre regularly hosts live shows in several genres of music and dance. The Oakville Centre for the Performing Arts is a town-owned, town-funded, professionally staffed facility that exists to serve the performing arts needs of Oakville residents. This cultural venue presents over 70 professional performances a year and supports 230 additional performances presented by local community groups. The main stage has seating for 485 and the flexible studio theatre space accommodates 112 to 150.

Art in the Park Oakville
Art in the Park has gained a reputation for being one of the best-run art shows in southern Ontario and features more than 175 booths. The event attracts thousands of people to the Bronte waterfront every year. Visitors get to meet the artists and learn about the works they have created. Art in the Park is a one-day event always held on the Civic Holiday Monday in August at Bronte Heritage Waterfront Park, Bronte Road and Ontario Street, in Oakville, Ontario.
